Rates Rental Term Unless otherwise agreed, our standard rental term is for a period corresponding to a 'monthly' term which commences the day of move-in and ends 30, or 31 days later, as the case may be. Payment for each monthly term is due 5 business days in advance of the first day of the rental term. Should your rental term need to change prior to the expiration of the monthly term, the Monthly Rates shown at the bottom of this page will not be pro-rated, however, you can optionally elect to pay the following 'daily' rates, based on your unit type, and in lieu of the agreed 'monthly' rate for such term:
GSA Option In order to provide flexibility for military personnel, civilian contractors, or others working for governmental agencies we offer a daily rate option for those whose departure date may be uncertain. For qualifying units*, the San Antonio GSA maximum daily reimbursement, currently $106., will be accepted for the total no. of days of the stay, in lieu of the Monthly Rate shown at the bottom of this page, and a full refund will be provided for any paid, but unused amounts should an early departure transpire. Please specify your preference for this option at the time of competing a reservation request. American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, check/e-Check/EFT. A five percent (5%) surcharge** will be applied to all payment methods other than cash, check and e-Check/EFT to
cover processing costs. We will only hold/reserve a unit after
Reservation Request form has been submitted, (2) an executed "Polices"
form has been submitted, and (3) and receipt of first month's rental
amount has occurred. There is no deposit requirement provided we have a
valid credit card on file. Note that The Madison has a minimum 30 day rental term. Additionally, unless otherwise agreed, a 30 day written notice is required in the event that you decide to change your departure date from the date submitted with your reservation request**. ** Does not apply to the GSA option Rate Plans Each unit at The Madison may be rented as either a 'Serviced Apartment' or a 'Furnished Condo'. Please specify your choice when submitting your booking forms. Maximum Occupancy Our standard Monthly Rates as shown below are based on the following maximum occupancy:

Housekeeping services are provided on a twice monthly basis, including linen refreshment and replenishment of all toiletries and supplies. Other features of this plan include: • Trash pickup as requested • Assistance with unloading groceries or other items as needed • Assistance with pets during your daily absence
• Monthly fitness membership
"Furnished Condo"
Housekeeping service is undertaken on the unit just prior to your
arrival, and again, just after your departure at no additional charge to you. We provide a starter package of toiletries and supplies which you replenish as needed. You are responsible for housekeeping/linen refreshment, etc. and maintaining the unit throughout the duration of your stay. Monthly Rates |
